Welcome to the page where I share the latest updates on my writing projects — what’s finished, what’s in progress, and what’s beginning to take shape. This is the space for early news, behind‑the‑scenes development, and the ideas that may eventually grow into full books.

THE EMPATHIC VOID
A 3-Part Guide to Identifying, Managing, and Decoding Narcissistic Family Dynamics
This next book is now with the publisher for final proofreading. This work builds on the foundation of my first book and expands the exploration of narcissistic behaviour in a more structured, practical way. In this book, I pull back the curtain on the often invisible theatre of narcissistic manipulation. Whether someone is dealing with a single high‑conflict relative or a complex family system, this book provides the decoding tools needed to exit the drama. It is divided into three parts:
* Part One breaks down the anatomy of the aggressor with all the red flags.
* Part Two offers strategic rules of engagement so readers can set immovable boundaries and protect their peace.
* Part Three immerses readers in dialogue‑based scenarios featuring the Fernsby family, showing how narcissistic behaviour unfolds in real time.

Currently in Development: The Egocentric Paradox
Right now (May ’26), I’m in the early stages of developing my next book, The Egocentric Paradox: A Family’s Narcissistic Assault on an Unsuspecting World. This new work follows the fascinating Fernsby family — first introduced in the final section of The Empathic Void — as they are coaxed into taking a holiday together.
What begins as a family conspiracy to organise an international getaway quickly unravels into a mix of dark undercurrents, poignant moments, and a few amusing misadventures. Each scenario is threaded with clear, accessible explanations of the behaviours driving the chaos. There are periods of calm, punctuated by moments of blind panic, all blending psychological insight, tension, and humour.

By expanding the range of scenarios and illustrating narcissistic behaviour in many different forms, my aim is to give readers the strongest possible chance of recognising their own lived experiences. The dynamics can be subtle, and confusing, so the more varied the examples, the easier it becomes for readers to identify patterns, recognise similarities to what they’ve been through, and feel understood. This book continues that commitment to mirror the real emotional landscapes people face every day.
